Ok so Back on January 7th two Friends and I made a weight loss bet; Most Weight Lost by Feb 28th. Losers pay winner $100 Each. It was pretty successful for me, and I think they both enjoyed the extra motivation, I know I did.
Final Stats for me was 17.2lbs of fat in 6 weeks no bad all in all, especially since I can count at least 10-12 different nights out partying, and eating pretty bad
A few people have asked how I did what I did… so here it is.. I’m lazy and like quick results so I went with the quick / easy weight loss + High Intensity Training (15 min twice a week).
I try to follow these rules
So the easy (read lazy) way to do it is with Weight loss shakes and protein bars. Now I know neither of those sound all that good but in all reality I’ve found some that are at Costco, Kirkland weight loss shakes and NuGo protien bars.
The schedule is
Breakfast 7:30am - Shake (230 Calories)
Snack 10:00am - Bar (170 Calories)
Lunch 12:30pm - Kirkland Shake (230 Calories)
Snack 3:00pm - Bar (170 Calories)
Dinner 5:30am - Something from the list below aimming for 400ish calories
———————————————
5 Meals - 1200 Calories
Healthy Dinners
Some other great tips are on Tim Ferriss’s blog - 20lbs of fat in 30days
Anyway it was a fun and productive experiment, and I pocketed $200, We just started round 2, weight in date is May 1st, lets see if i can drop 20 more pounds.
*Yes I do have drinks but I’ve tried to skip mixed drinks or modify them, Vodka + diet tonic or crown on the rocks vs. a jack n coke.
So the new 300C SRT8 I just bought a few weeks back got smashed the other day while it was parked in front of the house. I think it is shaping up to be an uninsured teen glad I have uninsured / under insured motorist..

Road Trip w/ Darin - 21 hrs from Spokane,WA to Redding, CA & Back… Picked up April’s SRT8 Jeep.
Went and got a new 300c SRT8 Today, this replaces my old 300c w/ 94,000 Miles, and gives me an extra hundred horse power ish now, few more interior features, etc, but basically the same car.. just more track friendly.. :-)
